FAQ's

What insurance surety protects high-value bulk cargo within the Pindulo system?

Pindulo carries US$60M in combined insurance cover, allocated as US$35M Stevedores’ Liability, US$20M General Liability, and US$5M Carriers’ Liability – enforceable cover, not headline limits eroded by exclusions.

Pindulo maintains deep regulatory alignment with NAMRA and BURS. Moving all cargo under pre-cleared, bonded transit since port operations began in July 2023 has removed 32,545 cumulative hours of border delay and cut typical border delays by 45%.

Bagging runs as an automated flow-control step, not a standalone process. Operating at roughly 40 MT per hour – 122% faster than the ~18 MT/hr industry baseline – Pindulo packages bulk cargo into configurable 50 kg or 1 MT formats in direct alignment with warehouse and vessel schedules, avoiding downtime.

Let’s Move Forward Together
